Terms of Service

1. What the service is
We keep your water softener filled. On each visit we bring up to the number of 40 lb bags you chose and pour what fits into your brine tank. If you'd rather we left the bags at your door, choose doorstep and take 10% off.
- 1 bag per delivery — $25, or $23 doorstep (available in Herriman only)
- 2 bags per delivery — $35, or $32 doorstep
- 3 bags per delivery — $45, or $41 doorstep
- 4 bags per delivery — $55, or $50 doorstep
- 5 bags per delivery — $65, or $59 doorstep
Carry-in and tank refill are included at every size at no extra charge.
Doorstep discount. Leaving the bags at your door takes us less time than carrying them in and filling the tank, so we take 10% off the price of the visit. It applies for as long as you stay on doorstep delivery, and it is shown before you pay.
2. What your plan covers
Your plan is a service level, not a quantity of salt. You are paying for a scheduled visit at which we bring up to the number of bags in your plan and fill your brine tank.
If your tank can't take the full amount, we bring the remaining bags back with us. The price of the visit doesn't change, and no credit is carried forward to a future visit.
That's the trade: you get a full tank on a schedule without having to think about it, and we absorb the variation in how much any individual tank takes on any given day.
If your tank is regularly close to full when we arrive, you're on a larger or more frequent size than your home needs. We review plan sizing every three months and will contact you when a smaller size or a longer interval would suit you better. You can also change size or cancel at any time.
3. Billing
- You're charged the price for the size you chose at signup and then on the same schedule as your deliveries — monthly, or every other month — until you cancel.
- The price is the same per delivery for both schedules.
- Prices are shown before applicable sales tax.
- Your card is handled and stored only by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- An extra bag added before the route cutoff is $12.
4. Getting in and access
During our initial launch period (before general-liability insurance is active), a tank refill is done only when an adult is home and the path to the softener is safe and clear. If we arrive and can't get in:
- If you've authorized a drop spot, we leave the bags there — that counts as a completed visit.
- Otherwise we'll contact you to rebook. A rebooked visit after a missed access window is charged at the no-access reschedule rate of $10.
We don't touch valves, controls, wiring, plumbing, or settings, and we don't clean tanks or remove old salt.
5. Cancellation and refunds
See our refund policy for the full terms. In short: you can cancel future renewals any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date, and if you've paid for a visit you haven't received yet you can take the visit or have that payment refunded.
6. What's not included
No softener repair, diagnosis, programming, plumbing, tank cleaning, or removal of old salt or debris. We deliver salt and, unless you opt for doorstep, fill your tank.
7. Service area
We serve a limited set of neighborhoods near Herriman, UT. If your address is outside the area we serve, you can join the waitlist and you will not be charged.
